IEEE Consultants Network Meeting -- Wednesday,  7:00 PM,  March  22, 2006

Success in your career depends on the ability to communicate in a way that gives you a competitive edge. Let’s face it; in many business situations there is no “technical competence” difference between you and your colleagues or competition. In these cases, the person who gets the promotions and the best assignments often depends on factors including: persuasiveness, enthusiasm and confidence. All of these factors are critical in formal business presentations, but they also influence your success in one-on-one discussions, meetings and telephone conversations.

In this presentation Mark Campbell teaches audience members how apply specific skills to important business situations. Learn how to master the sweaty palms and butterflies that arise during communication opportunities. Acquire the techniques that will make you comfortable, confident and poised during these critical times. The bottom line of this presentation is, “Never forget, there is a direct and significant correlation between your earning power and your communication skills.”
